Section 6

Punishment for giving cash assistance in connection with a prohibited strike:

If any person knowingly provides any cash assistance in connection with any strike prohibited under this Act, he shall be liable to imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or to a fine of Rs. 1,000.- will be fined up to one thousand or both.
